Four stages, one partner for your villa
We work only on a performance basis: we ask for a commission only if you receive bookings. From the first study to the last check-out, this is what we do for you.
1. Project study
A study of your property and a profitability simulation, a quality audit, and advice on homestaging, decoration and layout.
2. Marketing
A price list, a professional HDR photoshoot, a 3D virtual visit, newsletter features and AdWords campaigns.
3. Management
Check-in and check-out, concierge services for your guests, gardener and pool contacts, and deposit management.
4. Analysis and monitoring
We follow every season with you, so your villa keeps performing year after year.
